Connecting a load board
Link a freight exchange such as Transporeon or TimoCom from the Integrations page so its loads flow into TOVR.
A load board (freight exchange) is where your freight comes from. Connecting one lets TOVR ingest its loads into Shipments automatically.
Before you start
You need your own credentials with the platform. TOVR does not provide access to an exchange; it uses the access you already have.
Connect
- Open the Integrations page and filter by the freight networks category (or search by name).
- Choose the exchange. Supported networks include Transporeon, TimoCom, Trans.eu, Lardi-Trans, Saloodo, Cargopedia, and Alpega/Teleroute.
- Enter your credentials for that platform when prompted.
- Activate the connection. Its status and last sync show on the page.
Loads from the platform then flow into Shipments. Where the platform allows it, TOVR can also submit bids back. Which exchanges support loading, bidding, or only publishing is listed in the connector matrix.
Manage a connection
Each connection can be activated, paused, reconnected, or disconnected from the same page. Credentials are stored encrypted. If a connection stops syncing, reconnect it with fresh credentials.
Also connect your trucks
Matching needs your live capacity as well as loads. Connect a telematics provider (for example Frotcom, Volvo Connect, Mapon, or Wialon) on the same page to keep fleet availability current.
