Shipments

The Shipments page is your workspace's home and your view of freight demand — filter and search the shipment list, add shipments by hand or import them from documents and pasted text, open a shipment's detail sheet, and see the chains it belongs to.

The Shipments page is your workspace's home and your view of freight demand. It is the first item in the sidebar and the page you land on after sign-in. A shipment is one consignment to move from an origin to a destination.

Browse and filter

The page is a paginated list of shipments. The filter bar above it narrows the list by route, dates, market, load, price, source, and pairing (whether a shipment is already part of a chain). Active filters are listed under the bar and can be removed one at a time. The filters are kept in the page address, so a filtered view can be bookmarked or shared with a teammate.

Show on map, beside the active filters, opens the Map with the same filters applied.

Add shipments

Ingest Shipment (shown to roles that can create shipments) opens the Add shipments sheet, which asks how you want to add freight:

  • Type it in — one shipment in five short steps: route, cargo, transport, pricing, and contact.
  • Upload files or paste text — PDFs, scans or images, spreadsheets (CSV or Excel), or a freight order pasted from your inbox. Many at once. TOVR extracts draft shipments from them; you review the drafts, fix anything flagged, and save.

Shipments added this way are your organization's own, visible only to your team.

Freight from connected networks

Most shipments flow in automatically from the freight networks you've connected (Transporeon, TIMOCOM, and others). Connect them on the Integrations page; new loads then appear here without manual entry.

Open a shipment

Click a row to open the shipment's detail sheet. It is organized into sections: route, commercial terms, cargo, parties & source, the chains and matched vehicles it is committed to (when there are any), lifecycle, and provenance (where the shipment came from). The lifecycle section is where a shipment's progress is recorded.

Links from notifications and the activity log can open a shipment's sheet directly. The open sheet itself is not kept in the page address, so copying the address bar does not share it.

Shipments and chains

  • A row's chain badge opens the freight chains that shipment is part of, in the same card view as the Freight Chains page.
  • Proposed chains, beside Ingest Shipment at the end of the filter strip, opens your organization's chains that need action and were proposed by the platform; you can widen the list from there.
  • Add to chain on a row starts a chain from that shipment. A chain bar docks at the bottom of the page once the first leg is added: keep adding shipments from the list, watch the total distance, empty share and estimated margin, pick trucks with Assign carrier, and Create chain.

Do it with fOS

You can also just ask fOS: "show me unmatched shipments from Poland this week." The AI dispatcher searches the same data and can act on it — see the fOS guides.
