TOVRGuides

Integrations

Connect TOVR to the systems your operation runs on — freight networks (Transporeon, TimoCom, …), telematics/GPS providers for live fleet data, and fOS apps (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Outlook) so the AI can act in your inbox and calendar.

The Integrations page connects TOVR to the systems your operation already runs on. Loads, capacity, and workspace access all flow in from here. Connections fall into three categories — freight networks, fleet data, and fOS apps. Filter the page by category, or to Active for the connections you already have; search by name; and switch between a card grid and a table.

Freight networks

Connect the freight exchanges and TMS you use — Transporeon, TimoCom, Trans.eu, Lardi-Trans, Saloodo, Cargopedia, Alpega/Teleroute. Once connected, loads from those platforms flow into Shipments automatically, and where a platform allows it, TOVR can submit bids back. Each connection asks for your own credentials with that platform. See the connector matrix for what each supports.

Fleet data (telematics)

Connect a telematics/GPS provider — Frotcom, OBS2GO, Volvo Connect, Mapon, Wialon, CargoRadar, and others — to bring in live vehicle positions and driver data. This powers matching and keeps fleet availability current without manual updates. Providers use different auth (API key, OAuth, or session), and the connection form walks you through it.

fOS apps

Connect Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, and Microsoft Outlook so fOS can act in your workspace — draft and send mail, schedule pickups and follow-ups, and work with files. These connect over OAuth; you grant access and can revoke it any time.

Managing a connection

Each connection can be activated, paused, reconnected, or disconnected from this page, and shows its status and last sync. Credentials are stored encrypted. For the technical detail of each integration, see Reference › Integrations.
