Load search & bidding
fOS tools for finding loads and acting on them — searching available loads, making a direct offer, confirming a win (idempotent, money-moving), and the exchange-bid tools. Verified against the contract registry.
Tools that find loads and turn them into deals — the find and bid stages of the mission loop. See the arsenal overview for how to read the table.

confirm_win — the money path
confirm_win is the highest-stakes tool here: it records the vehicle↔shipment association and
generates a commission invoice (see Procurement). It is:
- Idempotent — re-confirming the same win (retry, refresh, concurrent call) bills once, never twice.
- Confirmation-gated — it returns a "confirmation required" result and waits for explicit approval before it moves money.
Both behaviors are owned by Guardrails.
Search qualification
search_available_loads won't run a blind query. If a request lacks the minimum it needs, it
returns a clarification (via ask_user_for_details) rather than guessing, and it discloses any
assumptions it did make. See Guardrails › Clarify, don't guess.
Fleet & vehicles
fOS tools for the carrier's own trucks — reading fleet status and vehicle detail, finding vehicles near a location, checking which loads fit a vehicle, and posting availability. Verified against the contract registry.
Chain economics
fOS tools for a chain's real profit-and-loss — get_chain_economics is the cost-of-record read, plus compare_chains and get_best_chains. All read straight from the cost engine; fOS never recomputes cost itself.
