Workspace
fOS tools that act in the user's Google/Microsoft workspace — compose helpers that draft mail, schedule events, and save files, plus the connected Gmail, Calendar, and Drive actions they hand off to. Requires a connected integration.
Tools that let fOS act inside the user's workspace — draft and send mail, schedule events, and work with files — during the negotiate and execute stages. They run on the web surface and require a connected integration.
Compose & schedule helpers
These fetch the right data, format content, and hand off to a connected app:
| Tool | Purpose |
|---|---|
compose_load_email | Draft an email about a load. |
compose_chain_report | Draft a report on a chain. |
compose_fleet_update | Draft a fleet-status update. |
schedule_load_event | Put a load's pickup/delivery on the calendar. |
schedule_delivery_event | Schedule a delivery event. |
schedule_follow_up | Schedule a follow-up (used by outreach recipes). |
save_loads_to_sheet | Save a set of loads to a spreadsheet. |
save_chain_analysis | Save a chain analysis to a document. |
save_report_to_doc | Save a report to a document. |
Connected workspace actions
The helpers hand off to the connected provider's actions — real Gmail, Calendar, and Drive operations, available once the user connects the integration:
| Provider | Actions |
|---|---|
| Gmail | Search threads, read a thread, list labels/drafts, create/send drafts, send mail, create/apply/remove labels. |
| Calendar | List calendars and events, get an event, find availability, create/update/delete events, respond to an invite. |
| Drive | List recent files, search, read/download content, get metadata/permissions, create, copy. |
These are exposed to external assistants per the user's connected integration — fOS proxies the connected provider's tools for that tenant. Microsoft Outlook is supported for mail and calendar via Microsoft Graph.
Live negotiation
fOS tools for real-time deal-making on a voice call — check whether a rate clears the margin floor (without ever revealing the floor), report the call outcome, and escalate to a human. These run on the voice surface.
Session & context
fOS plumbing tools — org scoping for external assistants (list/switch companies), asking the user for a missing detail, exporting data, connecting an integration, and the carrier auth tools for non-web surfaces.
