Schedule

The Schedule is your fleet over time — one lane per own truck with the loads it carries, the gaps where it is free, and an offer pool of proposed chains beside it. Search trucks and chains, change the time range, fill a gap, assign a chain to a truck, and confirm a win.

The Schedule puts your own trucks against time. It answers "what is each truck doing, and where is it free?" and, beside that, "which chains could fill the free time?". Open it from Schedule in the sidebar.

Truck lanes

Each of your own vehicles gets a lane. On it:

  • Loads are drawn as bars from pickup to delivery. A bar is marked when it runs late (a new time has been recorded), when it depends on a delayed load, when it overlaps other work on the same truck, and when it is a co-load carried alongside another. Only committed work is drawn as a filled bar; a chain that is proposed but not committed is drawn as an outline in its own band under the lane.
  • Free time is the gap between the work already committed to the truck, from now to the end of the range shown. Declared availability does not create free time; it is drawn as a thin line under the lane that backs a gap up. Declare it on Fleet › Vehicles.
  • The lane's label says whether the truck is carrying work now, is free now, or has not reported recently. A truck its telematics has not reported for more than five days shows as unknown rather than free.

Click a committed bar to open the shipment's detail sheet at its lifecycle section; click a proposed chain to open the chain's sheet. Click a truck's plate to pin it, and the offer pool narrows to the chains that truck fits.

Search, filter and range

  • Search by plate or last position. The search narrows the truck lanes and the offer pool together.
  • Platform narrows the truck lanes to the integrations you pick. It does not narrow the offer pool.
  • Day, Week and Month change the time range shown; they rescale one timeline rather than switching views.

Trucks are paged 50 at a time; when there are more than that, the footer says which trucks you are looking at.

The offer pool

Beside the lanes, the offer pool lists chains waiting for a decision — Opportunities (chains matching has proposed) — and, on its other tab, the chains In execution. Each chain shows its loads, empty share, how far its costs can be trusted, and which of your trucks it fits.

  • Open a chain to read its sheet — the same sheet as on the Freight Chains page.
  • Save a chain to keep it, or Dismiss it (you are asked to confirm).
  • Open outreach, in the chain's sheet, to work it with the carrier and its contacts. Nothing is sent until you send it from there.
  • Select a chain in the pool, and each truck it would fit shows Would fit here on its lane (for chains with a scheduled start and end). Choosing it assigns the chain to that truck, and the chain is re-priced for it.

The pool starts folded; show it, and hide it again, when you only need the lanes.

Fill a gap

A free gap on a lane offers Add a load. TOVR works out where the truck finishes before the gap and shows loads that fit from there. Adding one to the schedule reserves the truck for it without committing to the carrier; Procure now goes further — it opens the procurement flow, which confirms the load, advances its status, and is billable.

Confirm a win

When freight is secured, open the chain and choose Confirm win in its sheet — it is offered once the chain is in outreach. This records the win, and it is the moment that is tied to commission billing.

When the Schedule is empty

The Schedule shows only your own trucks. If your organization has no fleet linked yet, it says so and links to Settings. If it has no vehicles yet, it links to Integrations, to connect telematics.
