Market & quotes
Two pages that are live but not in the sidebar — the Market directory of carriers and shippers, and Quotes, where you track and answer the bids you have submitted to freight exchanges. Procurement itself happens from the schedule and the freight-chain flows.
Two pages cover your commercial network: Market (the carriers and shippers you can work with) and Quotes (the bids you have submitted to exchanges).
Neither is in the sidebar. They are live and reachable by address —
tovr.eu/<your-org>/market and /quotes — and
fOS can take you to either.
Market
The Market page is a directory of every carrier and shipper TOVR knows, across platforms (TOVR, TIMOCOM, Transporeon, Trans.eu, CargoRadar, …).
- Switch between Carriers and Shippers.
- Search by name, city, or country; filter by country and source platform; show only companies Linked to your organization, or (carriers only) with a VAT-valid number.
- Each carrier row shows the company, its tax ID and location, the platforms it was seen on, its fleet size, its status (market, linked, or billing active), and its last activity. Each shipper row shows its shipment count and freight value instead of platforms and fleet.
Click a company to open its sheet:
- Carriers get a searchable vehicle list — each vehicle with its plate, type, activity (active in the last 24 hours, busy, or inactive), last known location, and last-seen time.
- Shippers get their shipment list; a shipment opens on its source platform.
- Details holds the company's contact data (email, phone, tax ID, address, contact person). For carriers it also holds their VAT status as checked against VIES, fleet size, licence number, website, the market integrations they were detected on, and where their data came from; shipper profiles show operational stats and shipment activity only.

Procurement
There is no separate Procurement page any more — the old /<your-org>/procurement address
redirects to Freight chains. You secure freight where you decide
on it: Procure now on a schedule gap opens the manual procurement flow (see
Schedule), and a secured chain is recorded with Confirm win in its
sheet.
Quotes
Quotes tracks the quotes you have submitted to freight exchanges.
- Needs response, pinned at the top when there is something to act on, lists counter-offers waiting for you and open bids about to expire. You can accept or reject a counter-offer right there.
- The table shows each quote's lane, platform, price, how it compares with the market, status, and when it was submitted and expires.
- Search, filter by status and platform, and pick a date range (7, 30, or 90 days, or all).
- Statuses include Pending, Active, Submitted, Counter offer, Accepted, Awarded, Rejected, Withdrawn, and Expired.
Click a quote to open its detail sheet. From there you can accept or reject a counter-offer — accepting awards the load at the countered price — or withdraw an open quote. Each asks for confirmation.
Quotes are submitted from the shipment and chain flows, not from this page — this is the management view.
fOS can work this surface too: "what's my bid status on that TIMOCOM load?" uses the same quote data, and shipper intelligence from outreach feeds the procurement & outreach concepts.
Settings & administration
Administer your organization from the Settings panel — company details and data protection, billing, costs and margins, members (with teams), roles and access, SSO, developer credentials (API keys, OAuth applications, webhooks), and the activity log — and manage your own notification preferences and personal data from your profile.
Reference
The TOVR platform's technical reference — the public REST API (shipments you can write, read-only chains, vehicles, matches, quotes and outreach, the change feed and webhooks, pricing and market analytics), the domain-model field tables, and the external integrations TOVR connects to.
